Life can be chaotic and complex at the best of times.
It challenges us in unexpected ways, tests us to our limits, and puts so many unhealthy societal pressures on us.
With everything life brings us to bear, it’s no wonder that so many people struggle deeply with mental health.
I’m here to help you out of that struggle.
Who am I?
Authenticity is my greatest value and guides my life and psychology practice. Anyone who knows me knows that ‘what you see is what you get.’
I believe that we are made up of many different parts…
The wonderous workings of the human mind absolutely fascinates me.
We are such complex, yet simple beings at our core.
I fell in love with psychology as a discipline when I studied it in high school at age 15. I had a great teacher and knew instantly that I wanted to be a Clinical Psychologist.
Many years have passed, and my love of psychology continues, driving me to support people struggling to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
My professional journey has taken me through so many humbling, yet sobering roles.
These roles and the other equally important ones in between have not only taught me how to navigate our complex mental and social health care system in Australia, but they’ve also shaped and grown the psychologist and person I am now.
I can’t wait to meet them too.
